1. Where's my order?

All Products are shipped from British Columbia Canada.

Once we have received your order, we will confirm everything is in stock and ready to go, then e-mail you an itemized list for you records. Your products will be sent the following business day. through a choice of shipping options.( through Paypal.) Please allow an extra day or two for large orders.
Please send us an e-mail if you have any concerns about your order.

2. There's a problem with my order. Help!

Upon review of your e-mailed order confirmation, If you notice the Ship to address:, Suite # or Postal/Zip code, or the Bill to address:, Suite #, Item(s) purchased, Quantity of items, etc. are not correct. Please notify us immediately as once your order has been shipped it will be too late to correct the mistake and reshipping charges may apply.

3. I'm having trouble with ordering online.
Please send us an e-mail if you have any concerns about how to order. or if there is an issue with the Paypal site.We will address it immediately.

4. Did I get my discount?
All advertised discounts will be honored and applied prior to shipping, even if discount was not shown or applied on the order form. Your discount and the total amount charged to your credit card will be reflected in the itemized list e-mailed from us.

5. I don’t understand how you charge for shipping?

The Best way to get shipping costinformation for your order, is to add items to the shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. It will calculate shipping cost before you finalize your order.
Additional shipping cost may be incurred on items that are exceedingly heavy or bulky including express orders not necessarily listed below requiring additional packaging and or a larger box. You will be notified of these additional fees in the confirmation email prior to us shipping it out. These additional fees will be added to your order in addition to quoted shipping fees without prior notice.

6. I don’t like giving my credit card information for online purchases.

We take your privacy seriously!
We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with others.
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to process your order. We only store documents that we are required by law to keep on hand up to a certain period of time and these are stored in a secured place until they are destroyed.

7. What if My product is damaged?

All products sent out are checked for damage and defects prior to shipping.
If a product is defective or broken, you will need to contact the shipping company immediately for compensation.

8. Why does the item model I received look different from what I ordered?

We make every effort to provide current and accurate product images and descriptions, however manufacturers constantly update and modify their product models. While we strive for 100% accuracy we cannot be responsible for image and or minor text inaccuracies, errors or omissions that do not render a product materially different by altering the basic functionality, value and utility. That said, I do not expect there will be any issues here.
